If this is a warranty issue you must contact the sales agency where you purchased the stove.  We will process the warranty of any stove we have sold online anywhere.  Any stove or product we sell on line will be warranteed through our company. 

     Dealers of like product are not authorized to process another dealers product, unless the manufacturer assigns the other dealer to do so.  This proceedure is accomplished between you the consumer and the manufacturer, and the manufacturer must contact us for authorization.

     Gasketing & Roping, are items that require regular service  usually every two years with normal to heavy use.  The dollar bill test is the proceedure to indicate seal.  With the stove not burning place a dollar bill between the door gasket then close and latch the door, if you can easily pull out the dollar it’s too lose and needs replacing.  Do the dollar bill test at the Top, Bottom, Right and Left sides.  This is not a warranty issue, it is a regular service issue.  Second the seal on the glass needs replacing every two years, if this gasket is allowed to harden with creosote over time it will break the glass.  If the Gasketing has not been changed in a very long time and allowed to leak, it will cause internal damage to the stove that may not be repairable.
